hello i am new in the forum, i am from Queretaro Mexico ,I like to collect cactus and to reproduce them.
I put some photos of wild cactuses of my explorations
I wait enjoy them . the photos are turbinicarpus alonsoi and astro coahulensis

Those photos are awesome. I love comparing cultivated plants with eild ones.I really like the Astrophytum.

Have you seen many cacti in the wild before?

show them more pictures here, of ariocarpus scapirostris,ariocarpus retusus ssp confusus and lopho difussa

Hey Chaman,

Nice to have someone who can share some great photo's and show us Aus forum members some wild habitat plants. The best part is It's really nice to see someone who respects the outdoors and what is there to look at.

I cant imagine how old that Loph must be your sitting next to. very awesome photo's mate.

Id be interested to see some photo's of your turb collection. Laughing

Those are some fantastic habitat photos. The Lophophora clump and the Ariocarpus are great photos. That Lophophora clump - in Australia - would be worth more than my car!

I love to two Astros. The regrowth on the bottom one is awesome, it looks like some animal has had a feast.
The ornatum looks so cool spiraling off the cliff. It would have to be 30+ years old!

Were these photos taken in a similar area?

the astro coahulensis is in the estate coahuila Mexico
the astro myrostigma is in the estate of san luis potosi
and astro ornatum is in Queretaro Mexico.
Queretaro to Coahuila 12 hour in bus No

In the first foto, above the Turbi alonsoi there is a Selaginella sp.
I also love that plants!!!!
