| I managed to germinate about 7 Aztekium seeds. They are bloody small seedlings at the moment but im hoping to keep em alive long enough to graft to pere stocks.
Has anyone heard of such grafts being done before? theoretically they should take yeah?
Has anyone grown aztekium to a decent size from seed? what type of conditions do they like? |

| Yes they do work on Pereskiopsis....but they are really fuggin slow!!!! use the humidity tent for a year or maybe 2..... you can graft once they are big enough, which may be many months.....
5 years from seed.....2cm 5 years grafted......4-5 cm give or take.
Welcome to teh slowest damn cactus around! or close to anyway lol |

| Far out... five years from seed, 2cm. Now all I need is to get the little buggers to germinate for me in the first place... |

| give or take, it can vary a LOT...like maybe 4 or 5 mm! but it really depends on your conditions. you can often buy ones here that are about 6-7cm that are 10 years..not cheap! |
