Subject: Haageocereus beauties... Thu Feb 19, 2009 8:21 pm
These two plants have usually flowered at during late autumn/early winter, and being so cold the flowers never opened properly imagine my surprise when I found these coming into flower, and actually getting to see them in their glory. Haageocereus pseudomelanostele:
Haageocereus elegans:
Enjoy, CP

Thanks guys, these are quite easy to grow, certainly no issues here in Tas. These ones are approaching 30 yo and over 600mm tall. I've never tried them outdoors but I'm tempted to try a cutting... maybe next year just to see how hardy they are.
