Finally ,i figured out how to upload photos, im a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to computers, lol. Sorry about the focus damn phone cameras, can anyone recommend a good camera for taking cacti photos? I'd like to thank gilligan for my first pereskiopsis cuts, im hooked ,i had no idea it was that easy and effective. Now im looking forward to trying out seedling grafts to selenicereus and hylocereus too.

Those look great blowng. Very Happy

What is the out-of-focus spiny non-loph peres-grafted thing in the bottom right of the top pic?

p.s. don't get me wrong, I'm not particularly pedantic but this topic should probably be moved to 'Specialist cultivation'. Wink

Thanks Lewis, it is a Turbinicarpus viereckii v.major... which i reluctantly grafted due to fear i would lose it like all the others as i had wrong soil mix ,sunburn, and severe spidermite attacks, got sowing sorted now though ,and im glad i was forced to graft! yeah i wasnt sure about the placement of this posting just intimidated by all the skill and experience of others compared to my humble first tries....ooh... one day ,one day.lol.. alien

Congrats Blowng. Some nice grafts there. Most cameras that have a macro function will take ok shots of grafts. A DSLR will take awesome shots Smile
