| OK... I have a 2yo retusus that i am wanting to graft to a pach. I actually have two, but until i get some bigger ones, i haven't got the balls to put both of them on the line...
2 questions.
First... is it the same as grafting a loph to the pachs, ie, humidity for a little bit, and some pressure to the scion (usually a stocking stretched over it and held fast by the spines on the pach). I'm pretty good at grafting the lophs to trichs now, even if i say so myself...
Second. If i graft the root of the ario, where do i have to cut the ario to ensure that the base will also pup?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

| follow this process. http://kadasgarden.com/grafting2.html
that's how i graft them....one thing i like to do though is also bevel the scion just a little bit. otherwise, it works great.
i also personally dislike weights, stockings etc....vinyl/electrical tape is the way to go imo! |

| Yeah gilligan I want to know how it goes. Is it possible for you to get a pic of the Ario before you graft so it gives us all an idea of the size, if it works well it gives us a bit of a pictorial. Have been considering doing the same thing with some smaller seedlings. Best of luck. Keen to see some results. _________________ コレクタ |
