A variegated loph would definitely be a special purchase, however I'm pretty certain lophophora are prohibited exports under Australian customs laws, so I reckon it probably won't come from Australian shores. A variegated loph will probably be a bit on the pricey side too, so this may be another factor to consider.

I reckon it may be worthwhile sowing some loph seeds and seeing what germinates... who knows, with a bit of luck you may be able to grow something really special.
