Now *that* is a cactus garden! And it really is damn near all cacti too... I only see a handful of non-cacti species in the mix.

Yes mainly cacti although there are some succulents about 90% cacti though. Lester turns 70 this year although you woulndt know he looks more like late fifties early sixties. He has been collecting most of his live so there is alot of knowlegde he has gained and he is always willng to share.

wowww that is so special, its like a fairytale fantasy land all so packed in there. i wnt to visit lester this year as we were travelling through nsw, so went out west way, which was surprisingly fertile and much less depressing than i thought it would be ... i contacted lester and we drove to gilgandra, slept out beside some railway tracks so we could be there in the morning. we got there and waited... and waited... but he had taken ill and wasnt able to meet us or contact us. so very disapointing as i dont know when i am likely to get there again. but i was relieved to hear he was ok as it was a bit of a worry not knowing what had happened to him. thanks heaps for the photos and please do put up as many as you like!!!

It's not too tricky, once you get used to the process. If you click on the little icon that looks like a 3 1/2 inch floppy disk in front of a photo and follow the steps from there, you should be able to upload your photos to the site.
