| Always nice to see a Leuchtenbergia in flower  I find though that this plant is prone to aborting its buds, including on this occasion -- just as this was about to open, the other buds suddenly shrivelled, almost as if the plant has decided to pump all its reserves into this one flower. Am I possibly not keeping the plant moist enough? |

| that's beautiful I had some seeds of Leuchtenbergia but none of them germinated, now i see what im missing I hope you don't mind me sharing my 1st flowers of this season as well  |
