Just wondering if anyone here would be interested in stick insetcs in the near future? I have over 3000 egss incubating so if there is any interest here i will make sure i chuck some up for sale here. If anyone keeps them already please post pics

i previously had no idea that keeping stick insects was a hobby.

could you post some pics of your setup and some of your insects hornet? i am kinda interested what insect keeping involves.

dont actually have any stick insects at the moment all died off before winter. I have been keeping pairs or single females in 60l plastic tubs with air holes drilled in, newspaper substrate and a jar of water to put cutting of food plants in. An easyer way would be to build mesh enclosures, build a frame out of a non-treated wood and just attach fly screen to it.

do they eat bugs also? ie any good for controlling bugs on my plants?

nope, stickly herbivorous, mantids can be good for controlling bugs tho

That's good to hear, as I found a large praying mantis in my greenhouse today, a very welcome guest in my eyes. Hope he/she stays, those mantis/mantids are great.
