| That blosseldia is going off! Here is a Turbinicarpus psuedopectinatus v. rubriflorus hiding behind its flower. Everything is only just starting to get floral for me. It sure is nice after such a bitter winter this year.  |

| Wasn't really expecting this when the stepdaughter gave me a sorry looking thing alittle over 2 months ago. Still need some serious trimming to really look good but the buds and flowers more than make up for the worn state it's in.   All I can narrow it down to is some sort of Disocactus hybrid. |
