I love my stapelia's and related genera, i currently gorw around 6-7species in 2-3 genera. Luckily they havent suffered like some other succulents with the rain we have had recently. I am looking to expand my collection so i will probably end up with more rot sensitive species. I was thinking of using a small greenhouse like you can buy at bunnings with the plastic cover but in the sun that would become an oven. Would that cook them or should they be fine in that?

Greenhouse are definitely useful for those of us in the southern states during winter - however, at the opposite end of the scale a Queensland summer might prove a bit much for the plants unless you have a way of regulating the temparature downwards to compensate.
