hybrid? looks like it. its got spines, x ornatum? capricorne?
i know that it will cross with myriostigma, coahuilense and asterias.

No its not rare to this person as he is one of the few who has been responsible for the growing of the digi Wink

ah okay, but the tubercles look much thicker on this plant than the others. maybe a real close up, young plant or the effect of the stock.

They do look thicker but they have been finding strage happenings with the digis. New tubercles growing from where it flowered and then this flowering not long after. So much for them to learn about the growth habits of these great plants.

From the photos I've seen of the digi seed, they seem to resemble small ariocarpus, but are more pronounced. Suppose they all start out like green dots though.

And you beat me to tonights 10PM post.... Any news? Very Happy

I have had one digi seed germinate for me last year, it was going well with two little arms and don't know what happened but I am blaming a bird............it disappeared. It happened a couple of months ago Sad
