| Thanks Trig. At work at the moment (so how come surfing the cactus forum?) but will be leaving early. That's gift enough... I have been given one gift already - home brew kit. No spikes but still pretty good  |

The gift came with a Morgan's Best English bitter so that'll be my first. I'll be trying various Best bitters and IPAs, the beers of my youth. |

| Ah yes - that is me.
I used to be a competetive bodybulder. I wasn't very good, though I did qualify for the Mr Britain in 2002.
When I get home I'll dig out a picture from competition night. |

I always wanted to get huge like that - just never had the discipline. 
is it true you have to dehydrate yourself to the point of exhaustion before you go out on stage? |
