Hello everyone, I just joined after searching for something on the net and 'discovered' this site. I started collecting cacti in 2007 and have decided that Astrophytums are my favourites. The cacti are slowly taking over the front verandah, lol. I live in Western Victoria.

Welcome Vicki, good to have you on board. Astrophytum are amongst my favourite cacti too, they are just so attractive, it's hard not to like them.

Hope you have been enjoying the forums so far.

Hi Vicki,
Welcome. Astophytums are GREAT to collect (as are most of those similar globular types)
Won't be long that you will need a larger verandah if you listen to all the plants talked about on this *excellent* site Smile
