| Haha Lotus land, had my eye on that, sadly it's way out of league now. I remember awhile back there was one for sale on Ebay, and it reached $30 or something and i thought that it was too expensive, how many times i kick myself for not buying it is unbelieveable. I went to bid on an A.Ornatum last night, got into 10secs so i put a bid on, but page did'nt load fast enough and it was over, no-one bid on it So i asked the seller to re-list it, now it seems someone is bidding on it... Vicki.. |

| yeah, i want one of them too.. very cool astro. I am eyeing the gymnocalycium mihanovichii crest from the same seller: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Gymnocalycium-Mihanovichii-Crest-Cacti_W0QQitemZ270260056736QQihZ017QQcategoryZ136165QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem really awesome... bit out of my league though, not that it isn't worth that... far from it... another larger specimen of the same gymno crest sold for over $150. |

| Astrophytum Myriostigma Monstrosus cv Lotusland went for $93
Gymo crest went for $99
Unreal what some cactophiles will pay when they really want that unusual cactus, lol. No different from other collectors I suppose except that these have the possibility of dying. |

| yeah.. gymno crests are just awesome. maybe im just biased since im a big fan of both gymnos and crests lol. i got a Gymno baldianum crest yesterday. i'd love some more. the pic in my (new) avatar is a crested flower of a Gymno ragonesei crest, which i knidly borrowed from cactus-art (free advertising ). http://www.cactus-art.biz/schede/GYMNOCALYCIUM/Gymnocalycium_ragonesii/Gymnocalycium_ragonesii_cristata/Gymnocalycium_ragonesi_cristata.htm |
