Lophy prices are crazy. Has anyone read Andersons book 'Peyote'? In that he talks about contemproary use of peyote in the 70s/80s. the peyote tops were bought by the thousand for only a few dollars. I can't remember the details off hand but to compare it to prices now is beyond belief.

i wouldn't pay that for it, actually i wouldn't pay that for any cactus, except possibly a variegated Melocactus with a 50cm tall crested cephalium. Wink

These ebay madness threads really annoy me. I have locked this one down and will most likely delete it. If people can refrain from making these types of threads it would be appeciated. Vicki you weren't to know as your relatively new, but we have had problems with these types of threads before. I will also add that this is not an ethnobotany forum and I can see this thread may head in the wrong direction.

Sorry if anyone is inconvenienced by this.
