I just had to take this shot, Mamm lauii ssp dasyacantha strutting its stuff at hardly more than a year old, and barely the size of a thimble.


This is one of the magnimamma forms, the lower spines on this one are around 50mm long.


Here's a pale flowered form.


Mammillaria mystax, always very floriferous.


Mamm vagaspina, another form of magnimamma.

That's a great collection of mamms you've got there. The flowers on the mystax are pretty spectacular!

I have a mamm that came into flower about a week back. It looks good. Hopefully now its got flowers on it i might be able to figure out what species it is!
