yes are a monstrose roots and around all body it sprouts some little roots!
and anoter grafted plants have sprouted a normal head of mamm duwei!
about grafting stok i have no problem here with myrtillo that are the mostly easy to use, but have some problem with cold resistance(some plants seems to be burned by cold umidity!)i have tryed opunzia compressa first and i think it is nice for astro and for little cactus especyaly for strombocactus disciformis
i have no experience with pachanoy (i have recived the first cutting this september so i hope to try it this spring) i'm tryng selenicereus grandiflora and i have greath report from some frieds, this spring i want to try a different type of selenicereus that a friend give me that are more fat and plump!
but in my climate probably the best perform are of the varius tricho for long lasting grafting, cold resistence etc etc etc!
obviusly i use peresk for seedling grafting wen i sown my astros and after usualy i regraft on echinopsis or myrtillo!
the last plant are a my treasure, is a mammillaria bombycina monstruosa that sprouts a monstruose pupps that now are this plants, i try to make some more photos this saturday to show you the plants now after an year from this photos!
the mother plants sadly are dye this spring after the transplant!
sorry for the bad english but i hope to be comprensible!
best wishes
Emanuele
