Hey guys, I went to see some family on Monday and Tuesday and I happened to pop by one of the cacti gardens there. I have family ties there so I made a day of it and I think the owner likes the enthusiasm when I go there.

Anyway I thought I would post some pics, see if you guys can come up with the ID's. Some are obvious and some are not but it helps to know so that you can appreciate their sizes.
By the way this garden was established around 70 years ago and is renown across the country for its T. Pasacana collection.

Enjoy.

Lol, I don't think he is publicly selling plants but I did manage to
get some cuttings.
I might post some some pics to get some opinions on
the ID's.

Here are some more pics though.

^Those offsets were a bit bigger than a manderin.

Wow! Thanks for sharing the pics Kanje those pascanas are awesome... drool

also the trich in the 4th post is interesting, first pic.

any idea how those pascanas arrived - i.e. grown from imported cuttings or grown from seed? Any idea where I can get one?! I love the large cacti have been looking for a while for a pascana

I get both inspired and disheartened when i see pic like this, I mean 70 years is a long time to wait bounce
