These were flowering last week when it was warm...

C. fiedleriana:

C. dealbata:

C. cinerea... the flower is having a difficult time escaping the spines.
This is the first time it has flowered since it was just a tiny green dot in a seedling punnet in the 70's

Cheers, CP.

Love the cinerea. Short black spines plus an olive drab colouring just says "I am one badass cactus" to me. Laughing

Really nice CP. I love all cacti from Chili.

I especially love Copiapoa's when they're this mature.
I with Lachy though, the cinerea is awesome.

Nice CP! I love them all.

Over the last year I have been getting pretty interested in the genus Copiapoa I only have a few though.

What size is that C. cinerea? Looks fairly large?

ooohh great, very nice cinerea!
congratulation for that plant. here in Chile I have seen them in flower in habitat, but in "cultivation" the older cinerea that I have seen had just 10 years old.

my respects,

Juan Acosta
