Hi, I recently obtained this specimen and while it looks common enough it came without a label. Could someone please help me out with a positive id? It must be self fertile as it produced two large fruit, packed full of seed, and I only have the one specimen in my collection. As you can see it has yellow flowers with pink centers and it flowered profusely forming a ring or crown of flowers, with several open at once, very attractive Thanks for any help

Most likely Parodia mammulosa. Looks like you had quite a display of flowers on this one!

Thanks Lachy. I googled Parodia mammulosa and although some examples looked quite similar, alot were noticably different. So I'm still not certain. Any other takers?
