| Wow, they're incredibly unusual.
In your experience how are they for growing? Are they easy, hard, fast, slow, love or hate water, full sun or some shade...? |

| They look awesome. VERY nice photo Kada. Saw some for sale, (seeds) but they were a bit too pricey for me at the time. Maybe this year... |

| And the very cool looking P. caput-viperae... Alas no flowers on the P. cubiformis yet, they must be slower to mature.... |

| I really like the images they're great. I've got a thing for Stapeliads. I've never seen a P. mccoyi before, it's stunning.
Did you grow these from seed Navajoa?

| Glad you liked them...
The mccoyi and dodson X came from a Queensland grower if I recall rightly and the mirg and caput-viperae were grown from seed..
The great thing about the mccoyi is that it appears either self fertile or suitable for a local pollinator as I've set seed the last two years...so I have a few youngsters to grow on. Which is always a good thing as these plants can be darn fickle. This recent cold/wet/dreary spell of weather has claimed three of my Pseudo's...grrrr!! |
