Just thought I'd update my pics for the Blossy fans - hope the thread starter doesn't mind. As Blossfeldia says, once they get past a certain point they seem to do well. It's been 8 months since the last photo's and there been significant growth, especially in the youngsters. Hoping for flowers or offsets on the bigger one next season as three of the areoles looked like they were going to do something this year...but didn't!

And the youngsters, I'm very happy with how they're coming on. You see a lot of the white powder coating on the Blossfeldias. At first I thought it mineral salts from watering, but I saw some grafted plants that were practically covered in the stuff, so I'm wondering if it's some sort of sunscreen ??

Did some repotting today, and potted up these little guys. Not a bad haul in the end, just hope they survive the experience !

Glad to report that these guys have come on really strong since the repot, a number of them offsetting wildly! Even the tiny ones who didn't get their own pot have really taken off...
