| Hi folks, wondering if anyone can help me find some Trichocereus suitable for grafting.
I have my pereskopisis and hylocereus growing pretty well and have a large number of opuntia cuts that I'm trying to root (( and hopefully get results like this -- http://www.cactus-art.biz/technics/Grafting_on_opuntia_compressa_step_by_step.htm ))
but would like to have some more tricho
Cheers Jim |

| Hey Jim, that grafting link is fantastic. So many things you can do with Optunia - never even thought.

| I have been wanting to find a good use for opuntia. there is a large hedge a few blocks over from me - people have used it to block access from a nature reserve. after seeing this site I thought I would give it a go. if it works out it will be nice cold weather stock for me. and free too! |

| Bet you can't find Opuntia compressa in Aus. If you can let me know. I'm after seeds. I suspect it would be difficult to import too, given that several Opuntia spp. have been declared as pest species. As I said though if you find a source please let me know. _________________ mmm spikey... |
